Reviews for The Latin Bohemia Grill
Review highlights
Based on 1,131 reviewsThe Latin Bohemia Grill in Pompano Beach is widely recognized for its authentic Cuban cuisine, with particular praise for dishes like Pollo Milanese, churrasco, lechón, and traditional sides such as maduros and yuca. Customers appreciate the freshness and flavor of the meals, complemented by a selection of Latin American beverages like Cuzqueña beer. Despite its unassuming strip mall location and modest interior, the restaurant delivers consistent quality and prompt service, both for dine-in and takeout. Additional highlights include generous operating hours and occasional holiday specials. Minor order inaccuracies have been noted but are rarely seen as detracting from the overall positive experience. The atmosphere and value make it a favored spot for both locals and visitors.
My first stop off the plane every time I come to Fort Lauderdale, which is often. I love the Pollo Milanese so much. The restaurant doesn't look exciting from the outside or the inside (like basically everything in South Florida, it's in a strip mall), but the food is great. One time my plane was late and I knew I wouldn't get there before they closed, so I used the wifi on JetBlue to text my dad and asked him to pick up Pollo Milanese for me so I could have it when I got to his house. I could have gone the next day, but it's always the first thing I want when I go to Fort Lauderdale, and he's a good dad, so he got it for me.
We love Latin Bohemia Grill. The flan is to die for, but I ate it too quickly and did not take a picture. Perfect texture. I posted a picture of our dinner, club sandwich, churrasco with boiled yuca and lechón with white rice and black beans with maduros as a side. Everything was fresh. The maduros were perfectly presented. The service was great, and they have Cuzquena beer from Perú. Delightful. I would recommend whoever prints out the menu the next time to describe dishes if you have a different take on preparation. I ordered the milanesa , which to me is a chicken cutlet. For that establishment, it is the breaded cutlet with grilled melted cheese and ham over it. What they served is called milanes napolitana. I will add pictures from the internet because their presentation was not nice. The servers will cook to your specification.I tried the chocolate cake. It was delicious.
Delicious neal. Great service
Good food at a decent price. We ordered to go and they did forget one item. It was not a big deal. I still gave them five stars for service. Just double-check your order if it's to go.
Unassuming diner with good atmosphere and early/late business hours. Decent coffees, too! Typically go for breakfast, so I can't rate lunch/dinner, yet. Everything was delicious & came out quickly. During some holidays, they have special items...like coquito!
The best churrasco in Florida! The perfectly grilled meat, rich black beans, and flavorful chimichurri sauce create an unforgettable dining experience. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit every time we’re in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area!
I’m down in Fort Lauderdale for two weeks of training and found this place on Google at the last second before my lunch break. Cuban food just around the corner? Bet. What a glorious find. Very affordable and food was over the top. Cubano sandwich and yuca fritas was so good, but the Cafe Cubano was the best part. It’s really my first legit Cafe Cubano and it was heaven. I stopped again on the way back to the hotel to get dinner, same day. Tostones rellenos de camaron was my favorite. Sopa de pollo was good. Guaranteed I’m coming back in the morning for a LARGE Cafe Cubano to fuel me through another long day of training.
We stopped on our way to Orlando for coffee. And had the best cortadito I have ever had my whole life. Being Cuban and growing up in Miami, I know what good coffee is…by far this was my favorite!! The media noche was sooooo delicious and not dry!! The lady that helped us was so nice too! Very amazing place!
